Registration Help

Registration Guidelines

  • Enter your name on the space provided.

  • While entering the name please remember to enter the name as in the UCCollege old records. 

  • That is, the name you have used while you were studying in UCC.

  • This is required to cross check your entries with the records of the U.C.College database to verify your application.

  • If you have entered your name , if the name is already entered a message will be found saying “Entries Found”. So you don’t have to enter your name again. You can directly go to the login page and enter the login name, which is the mobile number you have registered and  the password you have given. 

  • If you forgot your password click the link forgot password seen in the login page and give the details as required to reset the password.

  • If the name is not entered previously a message will be shown saying “Name not in the database”.  It means the name is not entered and it is a new member.

  • Now enter your name as in the U.C.College old records.

  • Also please enter the name first and then the initials for sorting purposes.

  • Now enter the mobile number in the next field. If the mobile number is already entered you cannot proceed further since the system won’t allow duplicate mobile numbers. Please note that this is a unique identity used for the login purpose. It will remain in that box until a non duplicate mobile number is entered.

  • Enter a valid mobile number.

  • After entering your mobile number successfully, you may enter the email address. Please enter a valid email id, since this is required to convey the messages like OTP, forgot password facility etc. Please remember the email id for further notifications.

  • Now you can select the category you belong to. You can select either faculty or student or both. 

  • If you select the faculty option, new fields will be seen asking to enter the years you have taught in UCC and the department. Enter the details accordingly.

  • If you have selected the student option new fields will be displayed asking to enter the courses, years, departments you have studied.

  • Please enter them accordingly.

  • Now a number is shown and you have to enter the number. If the number is not clear please click on the number until a visible number is shown.

  • Please cross check all the details you have furnished and click signup to finish.

  • Now the system will send a message to your email id that you have already entered.

  • Kindly open the mailbox and open the message from the OSA account. OTP will be supplied which is required for proceeding further. Also a link is sent to activate your account. Kindly open the link and enter the mobile number you have entered and the OTP supplied. After submitting a message will be sent to your email giving the activation success message.

  • Now you have to wait until the webmaster checks your data with the college records to confirm your request. Then the webmaster will approve your request after verifying your records. This is required to avoid unauthorised entries. After successful approval a message will be sent to your mailbox.

  • Please login with the credentials as per the message in the mailbox.

  • After successful login you will get your dashboard. Also on the menu bar you will see a new item has come displaying your name which is linked to the dashboard. 

  • Now change your password to a strong one to secure your account. This is optional.

  • You can see different facilities given to a registered user.  

  • If you click on the list batchmates link you can list your batchmates like pdc,dc,pg etc.

  • For example, click on the pdc checkbox. Your PDC batchmates will be listed. This will be listed only those who have entered the years and courses in the correct format like the method done in the registration process.

  • There are also facilities to export the list to excel, csv, pdf etc these lists. By clicking on the view button you can view the details of your friend.

  • Also there are facilities to view, reports, bye-law etc.

  • Please remember that only registered users can avail the facilities above.

  • After you have done everything, kindly logout from the website from the link shown in the dashboard.

  • Please ask your friends to register on this website.
