Enter the details as required in the form
While entering the name a message will be poped whether the name is already entered or not
Please enter the name as in the old records of U. C. College.
If the name is not in the database go to the next field for entering the mobile number.
The system won't allow to enter duplicate mobile number since it is used as the login name.
Again a message will be shown if the mobile number is already entered
If it is success you can proceed to enter the courses
Click on the respective check boxes to enter the course, years of study, department etc.
Now enter the number shown, if it is not clear click over it get another number
Submit the form
After successfully submitting the form a mail will be sent to your emailid which you have given in the form
Click on the link provided in the mail to activate your account
You have to enter the mobile number and OTP given in the mail body
After activating you have to wait until a person approve your account by verifying your details
with the records of the U. C. College database.
After getting approved a mail will be sent to your mailbox intimating you the approval of your registration
Now you can login with the credentials as specified in the mail
After logging in you will get your dashboard in which you can get some services provided by the website.
From the change password link kindly change your password with a strong password to secure your account. This is optional.
Another facility is to list your batchmates. On selecting this link you can list your batchmates coursewise. Also facility is given to export the list to excel, csv and pdf formats
Many more services are included in the dashboard of a member like viewing financial statement, annual report, bye-law etc.
